A Place of Wonder

As experts in early childhood education, we know that the root of student success lies within a strong foundation of purposeful exploration, creation, play, and connection.

We nurture our youngest learners to participate in, learn about, and actively make sense of the world around them and we do so by prioritizing unstructured indoor and outdoor play, developing relationships and celebrating curiosity.

Our highly qualified educators engage with students through adaptive, inquiry-based and hands-on learning experiences; laying the ground work for future success in elementary school and beyond!

Early Numeracy

While at play, students explore a variety of concepts and skills in early numeracy, including:

  • Representing quantities using manipulatives
  • Recognizing patterns
  • Recognizing basic shapes and colours
  • Sorting objects into groups
  • Exploring measurement

Early Literacy

Using a multi-sensory approach students build essential skills for emergent reading and writing success:

  • Focus on the natural sequence of language development.
  • Lessons incorporate the use of literature, singing, storytelling, drawing, labeling, and manipulatives.
  • Consistent guided practice to develop automaticity and fluency.
