Jennifer Doepker brings extensive experience in executive business leadership, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder strategy across privately held start-ups and multinational public companies, both in Canada and abroad. She is currently the executive leader and owner of Gradient Thermal, a Calgary-based manufacturing company delivering innovative residential heating systems that create better homes. Jennifer has a strong track record in driving competitiveness, advancing complex projects and commercial deals, and leading joint-venture partnerships. She holds an MBA from Queen’s University and the ICD.D designation. With board experience in both the public and private sectors, Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Calgary Stampede and is a former member of the Board of West Island College. A native Calgarian passionate about her community, she is also a proud wife and mother of two RVS students.
