Every child is known.

When classrooms are small, teachers notice the little things.

They know who loves dinosaurs, who needs a few extra minutes to find their confidence, who is ready for a bigger challenge in math, and who lights up during Outdoor Education. They notice when a student seems quieter than usual, celebrate personal milestones, and take the time to understand how each child learns best.

With intentionally small class sizes of approximately 8:1 in Preschool and 10:1 from Kindergarten to Grade 6, our teachers have the time to build strong relationships with every student. That means learning can be adapted, support can be provided when it’s needed, and new challenges can be introduced when a child is ready.

Just as importantly, we build strong partnerships with families. Regular communication and shared goals help us understand the whole child, creating a consistent experience between home and school.

When children know they are understood and supported, they are more willing to ask questions, take risks, and try something new. That confidence becomes the foundation for meaningful learning and helps every child discover their individual best.
