E-Transfer

River Valley School now accepts e-transfers directly from your bank account! Simply send your donation to finance@rivervalleyschool.ca with your full name and donation allocation details. After sending your donation, please notify our Advancement office at advancement@rivervalleyschool.ca.

Cheque

Single or Multiple Payments: Kindly make cheques payable to River Valley School Society, including the parent and student names in the memo. You can mail your cheques or drop them off at 3127 Bowwood Drive NW.

Pre-Authorized Debit

Options Available: Single or Multi-Payment Gift. Please include a VOID cheque with your contribution.

Gifts in Kind

We do accept gifts-in-kind if they benefit our programs. e.g. equipment, furniture, materials and resources that can be utilized to support our programs or enhance our learning environment. Please contact us to discuss the nature of your gift-in-kind to ensure it will be used appropriately.

Legacy Giving

The Legacy giving program allows members of our community (alumni, parents, alumni parents, and employees) to support the school by leaving a bequest as part of their estate planning.

Matching Gifts

Many companies offer to match tax-deductible donations made by their employees. Check your company’s website or speak with your Human Resources representative to see if your donation to River Valley School can be matched.

ATB Cares

Support RVS through the ATB Cares program by following these steps:

  1. Visit the ATB Cares website.
  2. Search for ‘River Valley School Society’ under ‘Find a Cause’.
  3. Click on RVS’s listing to view details and donate.
  4. Hit the red ‘Donate Now’ button, select an amount, and check the box to ‘Share my name and comments’. Add your name and any comments.

Skip-the-Depot Recycling Fundraiser

Registering with SkipTheDepot only takes a few seconds! Use the website or download the SkipTheDepot app from the App Store or Google Play. Then all you have to do is schedule a pick-up, place your bags outside, wait for your pick up, then choose River Valley School Society as your charity of choice! All Skip-the-Depot donations over $20 will be eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
