Hello Neighbours!
River Valley School is proud to be part of the beautiful community of Bowness. This Good Neighbour Pledge is our commitment to be good neighbours. We work with our community partners to pursue common goals and resolve differences for the greater good. Being a good neighbour starts with open and effective communication, which is why we have designated a Community Liaison officer to be our link with you. That way, everyone stays informed on the things that matter and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
River Valley School promotes good neighbour practices.
Our facility is available for community and sporting events at charitable rates. If your group is looking for a place to meet, please get in touch with us. We’d be happy to arrange a tour of our facilities to explore the right fit for you.
We recognize that traffic and parking have an impact on our closest neighbours. We will continue to work with our families to promote safe, efficient and respectful traffic flow around the school.
Through events like food drives, river clean-ups, yard sale fundraisers and reading visits with area seniors, the children are learning about the benefits of giving back to our community.
